An Important Problem That Every Business Owner Has Dealt...

I am writing to you to discuss an important problem that every business owner has dealt with. Fraud is a very important issue that must be touched upon. Every year businesses lose millions of dollars due to fraudulent acts made by employees. Business owners and executives have been trying different methods to prevent it but it still happens. This is a problem that has been going on for many years. Many people have come up with ideas and better ways to prevent fraud from happening. We need to put an end to fraud within businesses or at least try to minimize it the best we can. Companies need to be able to trust their employees and not worry about them taking money or assets. The solution to this problem is not too simple. There are many ways to prevent fraud but some are costly and some don’t work. I would like to combine two already widely used prevention methods with some other ideas. The two prevention methods that will be used together would be internal controls and knowing your employees. Other ideas would be the building of trust and checking records daily. Hopefully this issue will be of interest to you. We must eliminate business fraud before it gets so bad that it affects our economy and our own personal lives. Please continue to read through the rest of this proposal for further information. Thank you for your attention on this problem.
